What you receive
A plant of the same grade and size as the one shown, hand-selected from the same batch. Plants ship bare-root and may arrive unrooted or lightly rooted — standard for imported aroids and hoyas, and not a fault.

Care
Hoyas want bright indirect light and a coarse, fast-draining mix. Let the medium dry between waterings — the thick leaves store their own reserves. Never cut the old flower spurs; they bloom from the same peduncle year after year.

Settling in
Pot into a chunky, airy mix. Keep warm and humid for the first two weeks while roots re-establish. Hold off on fertiliser until you see new growth.

Processing & shipping
Allow approximately 16 days from order to dispatch, then 5–14 days in transit. Prepared to order, inspected, issued a phytosanitary certificate and flown to you. Import duties and any permit your country requires are the buyer's responsibility — message us before ordering if you are unsure.
