Plants are sourced and exported from West Java, Indonesia, and shipped worldwide with a phytosanitary certificate.

Before you order

If your country requires an import permit for live plants, please contact us with your location first. It is the single most common reason a shipment is held at customs, and it is far easier to sort out before you buy than after.

After delivery

If something is wrong with your order, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the unopened parcel and the plant. See our Refund Policy for what we cover.
