We ship worldwide by air from Indonesia. Most countries are straightforward. A few require an import permit from the buyer before the plant can clear customs — that is your responsibility, not something we can obtain for you.

Roots are cleaned and wrapped in moist sphagnum, the plant is wrapped to stop movement, and it is boxed with the certificate and invoice inside. Most plants ship bare-root — this is standard for international plant shipping and required by most customs authorities.

Photograph the box and the plant on the day it arrives, before unwrapping anything further, and email us straight away. Rare plants can look rough after a long flight and usually recover — we will tell you honestly whether it is shock or real damage, and we will make it right when it is on us.

These are collector specimens, not nursery stock. Variegated and mutated aroids take years to produce and cannot be mass-grown. Pricing reflects rarity, size and stability of the variegation.
